Many people have different opinions on what makes a good
running shoe- I think the best way is to try out a few different
pairs until you find the pair for you. Obviously we cant
always afford to buy 4 or 5 pairs a time until we find the
correct ones and there are certain sports shops that have
machines to check that the footwear is correct for you,
but I thought long and hard about the type of sport shoe
I go for in the past and I have gone on recommendation from
other women and have found this to work for me. Based on
this knowledge I have picked out 8 pairs of shoes I could
